Business service offered to small to medium business clients?

What solutions does Xerox offer for small business? What is the quanitative measure for these solutions?

 

After reviewing the Xerox website, I find it difficult to clearly identify the solutions which Xerox has to offer it's clients.

 

I suggest Xerox to follow the suggestions of the participants in this forum and revamp this website for ease of navigation and publisher use.

 

Does Xerox offer the small business Big data solutions? If so, what are the solutions? The proper use of video would greatly enhance the understanding of the Xerox's unique proposition for potiential customers.

 

Customer engagement is not encouraged for product input. At least I did not locate a section that clearly states "We encourage you input. Please provide your feedback and suggestions here" I did locate product support, but no forum for business solutions, which I believe represent 50% of corporate annual profits.

 

I'm currious to know where the company plans to build long term footings?

 

What are Xerox's superior strengths in a competitive market place?

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Xerox offers many solutions for Small Business.  Please take a look at the Small Business solutions site for information and links to many tools.

 

As for videos please look at our numerous channels on YouTube specifically Xerox and Xerox Global and our videos throughout the Xerox website that explain, demonstrate and train on most of our offerings. 

 

We encourage input from our customers which is why we have a large presence on social media, these forums and input request at the bottom of every solution in our Online Support pages
