I've repleaced the Xerox 01R00630 Charge Corotron Cartridge on the Docucolor 252. Now I'm having a problem resetting the counter back to 0.
I also have a the Xerox D110. When you make copies, the top part is cut off, and the copies are faded.
your help is greatly appreciated.

It is always best to post a message for each issue so you can identify solutions which would help the other forum users. Additionally the other community members may monitor specific products and a multi-product topic can get lost which delays your potential response.
Regarding the DC252 corotron CRU:
If you replaced the Corotron and it did not reset automatically, then you would need to replace the drum module CRU.

I have the same issue with my 252, however I would title my issue differently. I replaced the Corotron as the 252 requested and the replace corotron message remains showing after replacement. However the machine runs with the replaced part where as before replacement it stopped.
