When running the network scan 1.11.23 for a Phaser 3300MFP in Windows 7 on a user account, Windows requires an administrative login to open. Is there a way around this issue?

Turning off the UAC resolves this issue.

User Account Control

 

It's in control panel > User Accounts > Change User Account Control Settings, just drop the slider to the bottom
