I have trouble with our Xerox 7775 copier which refuses to work when we hit the start button to copy on the glass. It constantly says that "Start is not available" I have to reboot the copier and then it might work for two scans. it works fine when we use the document feeder. Any suggestoins would be appreciated.
Thank you

currently we are monitoring the machine.
Any help will be appreciated

So you had this problem, and have because of that, updated the firmware, and since then, as far as you know, there is no longer a problem?
Or you updated to the latest firmware and you are monitoring it as it still behaves the same?
If you still have a problem, what firmware did you load? There are 3 Latest firmwares
The real latest is 073.110.066.08210, the latest General release is 073.110.075.34540, and the latest Connectkey 1.5 release is 072.110.165.14201

I am still experiencing this error with Workcentre 5845 w/ 073.190.075.34540 firmware. It's intermittent so I am hesitant to get a tech out there when I can't say for sure the device will show the issue while they are onsite.
Are there any recommendations for this issue on a device running updated firmware?

That isn't even close to the latest firmware as stated above, it is just the General release
The latest ends in .32400 and is here
This is how you decode firmware numbers, which shows you are running a release from 2015 (This puts yours 13 levels behind current
There is no reason not to update it, no settings are lost in doing so.
