Xerox 3345 Scan to PC error

Dear all,

 

I configured the "Scan to destination" feature, which works fine, but the "Scan to PC" returns an error which says that the function has not been configured.

How is the "Scan to PC" button supposed to work?

Best bet is to simply hide the feature since you don't need it and already have scan working.

Indeed.

I was hoping that the scan assistant front-end provided with the wc 3325 could be used with the 3345 model as well.

As a residential user, to purchase the "scan to pc" application is just not a viable solution.
