Can somebody tell me what the follwing message means, or is referring to please? Please see screenshot attached to see where it occurs.
'Warning Database Critically Low - Less Than 4% Remaining'

looks like you have a space issue. Normally we get the mesage "Diskspace critically low". Try going into your completed jobs Queue and deleting files there. It will not affect files that are on your printer.

Although I thought mike61 had cracked this. I am now getting this same message and I only have one page in total when 'All pages' is selected under 'Job Management Status'.
Furthermore, the message I am recieveing is rather different to that of mike61 Diskspace critically low'. Which leads me to think it is a different issue altogether.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

If you have not upgraded to FFCore 5.1, this may address your issue. The current release FFCore 22.214.171.124 is available at http://www.support.xerox.com/support/core/software/enus.html?operatingSystem=wins2012R2x64&fileLangu... . The FFCore 126.96.36.199 release "Fixed issue causing “Warning: Database is Critically Low” message " which appears to be your problem. There are also directions for freeing up disk space under the Support tab at the xerox.com location.

SQL Express has a database size limit of 10GB, which your system is approaching. In the past, there was an issue with the database cleanup when jobs were deleted; however, this should be resolved with the latest software.
Please call the support hotline to escalate the issue.
