Hello. We have had our Freeflow VI Designer for about 10 years. It was Version 7.0 to begin with, and some years back, our local Systems Analyst helped me get it upgraded to Version 9.0
Recently, I spoke with my local Xerox Representative about upgrading to a newer version since ours is pretty old. She told me to call the xerox support line, ask to talk to Application Support, and they will get me where I need to be. But when I called, no one was able to help me or even know where to transfer me to get help.
Can anyone on here help me? Or at least point me in the right direction? Thanks!
