What is happening on our end is that the Fiery server seems like it won't boot fully
the fiery app loads on the screen but when you click it, it shows Starting up please wait. No matter how long you wait the screen never works
When you try connecting to the fiery via Workstation on computer, it doesn't even identify the printer.
So if someone can please please assist me, even if getting a USB that can reload would be great.
I was sent one from the supplier I bought the printer from but that didn't work as they said they never tested it before sending it out.
