Display screen capture

Hi all,

we have Xerox Workcentre 7855 in the office and I'd like to capture the display screen from the web page.

is it possible?

I need to create a guide for the users.

thank you

Re: Display screen capture

CWIS > Support > Remote Control Panel and enable it (Don't run it yet, it won't work)

Enable it here and then go to Start  > Control Panel > Java > Security and add the printer to the exceptions (must be https)

Capture.GIF

Once that is saved and applied, restart the browser completely and go back to CWIS > Support > Remote Control Panel and launch it

You will get at least 2 security warnings to click through and accept, if your firmware is current it will work, if it isn't, you will load a blank screen at best. This is what you will see if it works. It is fully functional so anything you can do at the copier touchscreen or physical buttons can be done here.
