Dear experts,

We have a Xerox 5020V_B connected through USB to a Win XP Pro 32 bit workstation and shared to other computers in the network.

I need to provide the workstation where it is attached with additional drivers for Windows 7

64 bit.

But unfortunately among the printer additional drivers options there is no option for Windows 7 64 bit.

How can I install these additional drivers ?

Hi dragos,

Thank you for using the Support Forum.  You will need to go to the drivers and dowloads page for the machine and select Windows 7 as your operating system and download the driver.  I hope this helps.

I misunderstood your set up.  I would suggest contacting your local support for additional information on what to do with your particular setup.
