My Xerox wide format printer required toner on Friday. I added a full bottle, tirned the machine back on and recieved an error/fault (without a error code number) saying to add toner? Do i add another full bottle? I have never do this before and the printer will not allow me to do anything at this point. Any suggestions?

Probably because it was off when filled, try again with it on so it feeds the toner in.

I'm having the same problem. I've loaded 2 brand new Xerox toners in it while it was on and it still says load toner. I can't get past this screen, even if I reset it. Is there anyway to reset the toner level? It has error code 091-940 on the screen that says "Load Toner"
