Drivers are not updating

hey i was updating my driver i downloaded driver genius professional from there but after installing this driver tool when i click on update outdated driver they seems failed to connect to server.. please tell me what should i do or any other driver tool can be suggested? thanks

You are referring to a third party tool that is in no way linked to Xerox, we won't support their software and won't help to make it work.

 

If you need to update a driver for a printer, you download it from the manufacturer and simply install it, in the case of Xerox, most will be a simple installer that will update the current drivers or install them fresh with a guided installation. This applies to Windows as well as Mac, Linux is another beast entirely though, but that doesn't matter since we know from your 3rd party software you are in a Windows PC.
