When I switch on my Xerox Phaser 7100, I get error 092-318.
The printer's display says to switch the printer off and back on again, but that doesn't do anything.
I've changed the Y toner and the Y imaging unit. Still no success.
Any ideas what I should do?

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for the error code you are seeing. Also make sure that your machine is plugged in directly to an outlet, no extension cord or surge protector. If it still does not work then you would need to contact your support centre for further assistance.
