Trying to install update 68.10.91 (i'm at 68.10.41) on my new VL (have never updated it before). Choosing Install Now from the web interface gets me to a license agreement (which I accept), then the machine reboots a couple of times and spits out a Software Upgrade report with upgrade failed (016-529).
I can't seem to find any logs on the device that tell me anything (the device log isn't anywhere near human readable...would be great to be able to self-diagnose this myself!).
What does this error mean? How do I get this installed?

Try the latest 68.12.12
016-529 is typically a timeout problem, try using a different web browser to do the upload to the device
And lastly, make sure Upgrades are set to enabled
EWS > System > Software Update > Enable
