Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please unplug the Xerox 6204 from the power outlet and wait 60 seconds. Make sure you are plugging the machine into a dedicated outlet, no extension cord or surge protector. If it still fails try another outlet. If it still will not power up you will need to contact your local support centre for additional assistance.
