Hello I have problem with Workcentre 3325, the problem is that the device is switch in blocking mode, the error is paper jam in tray 1, I do the instructions to remove this error, and I remove the paper holder, and I see there is paper and it is stuck and stuck in tray 1 every time.
45 minutes I remove toner, I remove paper, I reboot device, and nothing and nothing, after 45 minutes I solved the problem, but I am not sure how, now the device is work!

I can't really tell you how you fixed the problem but the things to look at when you have a jam is the paper, is it within specifications, has it become wet/moist from high humidity? Please take a look at the solutions for the paper jam in tray 1. If the problem returns please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
