Go to the board you want to post on, and select the New Message button or go to the topic you want to add a message and select the Reply button which will be located near the top left of the screen .

On the Post Message page, you will see a Subject area and a Body area.

  1. In the first field, the Subject field, type a title for your message.
This is the only part of the message that shows up on the message listing page, so try to make it something that will be clear and concise. Use keywords about your topic.
  2. In the second field, the Body field, type your message. Put details about your topic here. If you are posting on a technical topic, it is helpful to include all steps already performed and any symptom information regarding your inquiry.
  3. You can use the Body controls located above the body text input area to change the fonts, colors, and other aspects of your message (shown below). You can add images and links, and you can also format the text at the character or paragraph level with bullets and numbers etc. When you have created your message you can click Spell Check to look for misspelled words. Please Note: Spell check is a one time action so if you change text and want to check spelling again please select the ABC button 2 times to re-check. Refer to the following link for more details How to use Spellchecker

  4. Notice that the controls above only show in the defaulted Rich Text view which shows you what you are inputting but you can also input HTML if you have that content coded or If you want you can click Preview Post to see what your post will look like on the boards.
  5. You can add attachments of almost any type in the attachments bar under the body text box.
  6. When you are happy with your message, click the Post button located under the attachment selector.
  7. Your message will be added to board and everyone else on the board will be able to read it.
