Delete account for Xerox Print Management and Mobility Service 4.0 (XPMMS)

I have a customer who wants to Delete account for Xerox Print Management and Mobility Service 4.0 (XPMMS).

They need to add the printer essentials bundle to a existing account.

who do I go to to make this happen or is it even possible?

Activate the Printer Essential Bundle License for Existing Accounts

In order to use the following new features in the Xerox Print Management and Mobility Service 4.0 release, you will need a Printer Essentials Bundle pack license.

  • Card Authentication
  • Auto Release
  • Desktop Printing

Existing accounts with old device pack licenses (active and/or expired) will not be able to apply the new Printer Essentials Bundle pack license to the existing account. Users with an existing account who want to use the Printer Essentials Bundle (for example, to enable Card Authentication, Auto Release, Desktop Printing) must do the following:

  • Create a new account  
  • Disable all printers in the old account and added to the new account
  • Re-home themselves to the new account by logging into the webpage with a different company code
