Hi there --
Trying to connect the printer to Google Cloud Print and having trouble. When I go into the CentreWare settings and click the "Register this device to Google Cloud Print" (as the manual says to do) the page just seems to refresh. Nothing seems to happen, and no barcode is printed. The only guidance CentreWare gives me is that "Google Cloud Print can only be used when the machine is using IPv4," but as far as I know I'm using IPv4 so not sure what else to try.
Would love suggestions! Thanks all!

I've only used this machine a little bit myself, but I'd check network settings. Are you even connected to the network or are you connected to this device directly? Does the configuration page show the device IP address?
Is this in a home or workplace? If it's a workplace maybe you have a network proxy you have to set. You could try changing the DNS server to Google's 184.108.40.206 server.
Which browser are you using? If it's something awful like IE maybe try it with Firefox or Chrome.

Yep, it's wirelessly connected to the network in my home. I can print to it from my desktop PC, and AirPrint works with the iPad, but no Google Cloud Print. I've tried it in both Firefox and Explorer with the same result (doesn't print the Cloud Print page).
And just to make it more complicated: It's currently on my primary SSID for testing purposes, but the ultimate goal is to somehow assign it to the guest SSID. Which is proving problematic since the guest SSID seems designed to not allow guests to reach anything except the internet.

Check the firmware is the current one: 01.07.00.30.3938
Can you get to Google from your PC....probably yes.
Airprint and the desktop aren't really trying to get outside of the network so they only tell us that it's functioning on the network. The way that Google Cloud Print works is that it registers via HTTPS with Google, so this is a bit odd but it sounds like it can't communicate with Google.

Check the time and date is still correct on the printer, it has to be within 3 minutes or Google tends to fault printers.
Gmail does this so it is entirely possible the Cloudprint servers can and do as well.

Thank you! The printer is great and so is the software. But the Xerox documentation Dept needs shooting and replacing. This is the only place that mentions that GCP has to be enabled,
I find that GCP stands for "Google Cloud Print". So I assume that this flag has to remain ON.
