Hi!

 

I have a problem with new VersaLink C7025 with printing.

When try to print something the machine give an error as on the picture.

tried many ways to solve it - updated firmware. tried diffrent drivers, reseted fully no luck.

Please kindly assist on this.

Why not just put the paper in the tray exactly as it states?

Most of the time, this error appears when printing a page in US letter format when the paper format in the printer is A4. With other printer brands, the problem is solved by itself but not with Xerox? Why Xerox does not allow to print even if there is a paper error?

They do, you just turn it on in EWS, it isn't on by default becuase it isn't preferential to most.

 

EWS > System > Defaults and Policies > Specified Paper is unavailable
