I have a problem with booklet printing on D110 Copier/Printer with interated Print Server from Mac OS X 10.10 (3.90 driver).
When I try to print from Adobe Acrobat Reader DC or Pro using booklet option from Xerox function - Booklet layout, the printer not recognize postscript data generated by driver correctly, job is not printer and 116-703 error occured.
When I try to use booklet option from Adobe printing dialog box then image is reduced, same from Mac OS X preview tool.
What I should do to print job using booklet imposition from driver? Thank you for help.

Try sending the resource policy by page, that normally fixes this from Adobe based products.

I don't often see that, does the preview show it reduced?
Things like Choose paper source by pdf page size will often mess up pages, but usually page 1 is good and every page after it becomes thumbnail sized. And in those cases the answer is to "Don't use choose paper source by pdf page size".
And it could be that Acrobat/Reader is thinking it will be going on Letter SEF, then you turn on Tabloid in the driver later, so it prints reduced to Statement sized pages in the booklet. In which case you would need to set Acrobat/Reader to tabloid then do the bookleting.
But without more to go on, I can't just keep guessing at where the issue is.

We are having the same issue (Windows 7 64 bit machine, Adobe Acrobat Pro). We also do not use any sort of page scaling (like "Choose Page Size by PDF Page Size") Our designer set up her document to be 5.5x8.5 individual pages portrait orientation with the intent of printing it to our booklet maker on letter size paper. When selecting the booklet maker it reduces the pages. I also tried re-laying out her document manually to then manually choose to bifold and staple, but with this machine (this worked with our 4112) those options are only available with the bookletmaker setting. I can get it to fold multiple pages, but not staple. We seldom do booklets, so each time we do them we have to wrestle with it again.

My colleague figured it out from Adobe Acrobat. Print: Booklet, Properties-> Document Options->Booklet Creation: Setup->Booklet Adjustments (tiny box at the bottom)->Imposition Source (Pre-Imposed by App)
No page scaling, does make 5.5x8.5 booklet on letter size paper with folding and stapling.
