We are experiencing overlapping text and extended text when printing from Microsoft office outlook and word. When reasearching the issue, I've found that there are many fixes to choose from. We currently have users printing from Windows 7 and Windows XP to the same printer. Not sure if this would affect anything or if we need to install Global drivers. I also have read about changing the default font to attempt to fix the issue. Any ideas or feedback would be greatly appreciated. Happy New Year! J GRIFFIN
