Phaser 6600 new toner cartrdges but error same as with old ones

Printer stopped printing colour. Black & White printing only
The other toners were also showing as low, replace soon.

I therefore ordered a a complete set of 4 toners.

 

When fitted,

 

The origonal messages still appears - replace Magenta, other colours replace soon

 

I have tried giving them a shake and replacing.

 

I have also set printer to defaults.

 

I cannot print a configuration page.

 

Good printer but this is frustrating

Hi cygnet,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you are using genuine Xerox toner.  If shaking and reinstalling and power off and back on have not worked and the toner is genuine Xerox then there is possibly an issue with the toner.  Call supplies to have the toner exchanged.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Sending cartridges which arrived in a "genuine" Xerox box back and will order another lot.

 

Will get back when I have done so.

New tomers from a supplier linked on the Xerox web site SHIMA LUMA arrived and fitted.

Same error messages

Replace Magenta and other 3 have Low change soon.

Can these messages be reset?

Hi cygnet,

You can try to reset the machine and see if that will clear the messages.  If these reset instructions do not clear the messages then you may need to have service look at the machine.
