Workcentre 6015N reseat cartridge 009-950

Hi.

I have a less then a year old Xerox Workcentre 6015N printer. Overall printed about 1100 papers.

One day the printer started reporting "Cartridge Error 009-950 Printer Reseat Yellow Cartridge".

I took the yellow cartridge out, cleaned it, cleaned contacts on both cartridge and printer, but the error stays the same. I even bought new toner, but the problem stays.

 

Printer manufactured on April 2014, SN 3191216694. Bought in Slovenia, EU.

I cannot print anything. I can get to CE mode menus, but do not know what is its purpose...

 

What can I do?

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please follow all the solutions for Yellow toner issues.  Also make sure you are using the correct toner cartridge for your region.  If none of the solutions help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

I have the same problem, I have bought a printer in Serbia, now whem the first cartridges are almost empty, I have bought new ones. The troble is, when I instert them, I get only "Reseat cartrdige" error:

 

CRUM ID

093-926

Reseat

Black Cartridge

 

What the hell is going on?
