Hi All I was using the XEROX 3655 Printer without any problem for a while. After we changed all network system and changed all cables with CAT6 network cables and added HP Switch 24 P . All system works perfect and our other printers XEROX 3615, 3025, 3052 works perfectly. But when I try to get a print out from my laptop which connects wireless, On laptop bottom right corner a red warning appears and it says, NETWORK error. But it prints and scans without a problem. When I enter the IP management webpage of printer, I can see error code 16 - 544 - 00 Network connection error. User intervention is required.... and it mentions about cable etc.. What shall be the problem and what shall I change? Thank you for your kind help Serkan Erdur

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for connecting to the wireless network. Make sure you have followed all the instructions for your WorkCentre 3655. If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Try disabling SNMP on the port on the PC, it should clear up the PC issue.
Right-click the printer and go to Printer Properties > Ports > Configure Port
Uncheck this box and click OK > OK
It may stop with the error
