How do you verify LPR/Port 9100 is active? http://www.office.xerox.com/userdoc/P6180MFP/phlink/port9100.htm is only thing I found
As for troubleshooting the connection, using a web browser, I can connect to http://192.168.100.9
Also I can ping the printer
Also I have the firewall disabled.

Are you aware that your gateway can't be reached by the printer due to the subnet you have chosen?
For some unknown reason your Accxes controller is using:
IP:192.168.100.9 <this is fine>
Subnet is 255.255.255.0 <normally this would be fine>
Gateway: 255.255.255.255 <nope, not at all fine.
With that subnet you can reach IP,s from the printer going from 192.168.100.1 - 192.168.100.254
Since your gateway is at 255.255.255.255, the IP address can't see the gateway, so it cannot communicate to anything on the LAN, including your PC, so when Windows sends a request to the printer, the printer cannot respond, and your driver fails because of this.
I cannot at all fathom why a gateway (your router) would ever be at that address. It would make perfect sense if it was actually at 192.168.100.1 or at 192.168.100.254 though.
But these are not things you guess at, get the gateway address from your PC and apply it to the Accxes controller. Reboot it and install the driver as stated previously. Don't use the Global driver, it isn't for your device.

Make a post explaining what your issue is specifically instead of hijacking someone else's.
Make sure you include
PC or Mac
x86 or x64
PS, PCL or GPD driver and version
Port type (LPR/RAW/IPP)

I'm trying set up my printer (just purchased) under win7 x64 and all seams to be okay to the point when im trying to print from PC level.
because when I want print from Print Servise on Web anything, like Print settings all is printing.
but when im trying print from PC level nothing happen. I see my PDF document (or test page) in printer queue, but after couple of seconds error is coming out.
I dont know what is wrong here?
I have IP set up 192.168.1.250 as RAW with port 9100. LPR settings are off.
where I should make any other ajustments to be able to print??

Ok, I changed the gateway IP address, rebooted the plotter. Still no success in getting the driver to install.
1) using the following driver
File Download: Xerox Wide Format BPS GDI Driver version 126.96.36.199
x64US320491.zip downloaded from
2) Windows 10 x64 - Control Panel > Add a printer
3) click "The printer that I want isn't listed"
4) Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname
5) Device type: TCP/IP Device
Hostname or IP address: 192.168.100.9
Port name: 192.168.100.9
uncheck "Query the printer and automatically select the driver to use"
6) Detecting TCP/IP port - nothing found
Additional port information required
Device Type: Custom
7) Port Settings
Port name: 192.168.100.9
Printer name or IP address: 192.168.100.9
Protocol tried both Raw and LPR (queue name lp)
8) Install the printer driver
browse to the above driver
9) select "Xerox 6204 Wide Format"
10) Printer name: Xerox 6204 Wide Format
11) User Account Control asking to allow this app to make changes, I click Yes
then it goes into a loop and goes back to step 10 - type a printer name. So I have to click Cancel to break the loop.
Unable to install the Windows 10 driver but had no problem using the Win7 driver on a Windows 7 computer.

Disable Signature enforcement and start the installl again, it will install then.

Then reboot and verify it is actually disabled. I have done this setup on more than 50 Windows 10 installs with both Windows 10 (Version 1511) and Windows 10 Anniversary (Version 1607) without issue

CRC, I have been trying for days to get my 8830 working on Windows 10. The 8825 can't be much different. Any tips you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Is it absolutely necessary to Disable Driver Signature Verification? I've already looked this up and know how to do it, but is it necessary?
Windows 10 just doesn't want to "Run" any of the older drivers from the Xerox downloads. Also, I have version 9.0 of the firmware installed on the 8830 but an error page keeps telling me "Postscript Not Installed"
Any help would be great!!
