Xerox Pull Print Driver - no A3 possible

We have following installation:

 

Windows 2008 R2 64-Bit

Safecom solution

Xerox Pull Print Driver

Xerox 7535 Printers

Xerox 7835 Printers

 

When I install the printer the I have only the option to print in A4. A3 is missing.

 

How can I add A3 ?

Hi,

 

I just installed the same driver and I had the same issue. After changing some settings A3 and other paper sizes appeared.

To get the A3 you have to go to the Configuration tab. Change the settings in the Installable options and A3 will appear. Also disable the  Bi-directional communication if you can.

Any update here?  I also installed the Xerox Pull Print PS Driver and do not have A3 available for use.  Although on the paper available area of the printer properties - at times it lists A3 (not consistent, sometimes it's there, and sometimes it is not), there is no choice for A3 under the xerox driver for preferences or set default.  Did make some changes as referenced above for finisher, etc., and have not had any luck...

Thank you for using the Support Forum. First make sure you have the latest version of the driver. Please make sure that you have turned of bi-directional to see if that will work for you.  Also make sure you have A3 loaded and configured on the printer.  If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thank you for your reply.  Yes, this is the very latest driver, and as you can see, there is no Bi-Directional setting for the Pull Print Driver.  Yes, A3 is loaded in the printer as well as configured.  This is the standard for our 9203/9303/8900 fleet.

 

The Global Print Driver works as expected.  It's the Pull Print that does not list all of the appropriate types of paper.  Note I have recently upgraded some 14 Windows 2008 R2 servers with the GPD as well as the Pull Print drivers.  All srevers exhibit the same behavior......

hi, i see in your screenshot that the productivity pack "not installed", make it installed, this gives more features to the driver

Thanks for taking the time to post your comment about the productivity pack.  I did add that and lo and behold - A3 is now an option.  I did try to put the setting back to not installed - and A3 disappeared again.  Thanks for your help!
