I logged in as admin but I can not seem to find "Connectivity & Network Setup" in the Tools > System Settings > Group .
I have network port installed in the machine.
Please advise whether it is a software issue or missing license or something else.

Probably, the 5230 is sold as copier only and all the print/scan/fax stuff was optional.
If you are logged in as admin and don't see anything that mentions networking, then it is just a copier.

They are hardware pieces, you have to buy them, possibly they could be sourced on the internet, Xerox stopped order taking in 2010,
