Xerox WorkCentre 7545 printing the wrong colors

After four years working fine the WC 7545 stopped to print the color images with the real colors

Nothing changed on the driver side from the server or the user client machines, so far. But all the users are impacted, as all their docs are showing the wrong colors.

The issue is that orange is printing red and all of the colors are now washed out and light looking.

On the other hand, copying and scanning are fine, no problem when the image is copied or scanned, it is showing the right colors.

So. the issue is only with the driver.

 

I would very much appreciate any help on how to calibrate the colors on the driver

Hi!

 

Could it be that the paper is taken from two different trays with different settings?

HERE you can read about performing a print calibration, hope it helps.

This is more likely a port problem. Try creating a new TCP/IP port and use this settings. port settings.jpg
