My printer wasn't printing very well, so ran the cleaning process, then the advanced cleaning process. In middle of advanced cleaning, I received the error code 08, 035.42:12080. Now my printer will do nothing but say it has that error. What does it mean and how do I fix it? Need to print!

The error you are getting is "The media path motor stalled while moving the cap/wipe UP". I would suggest calling your local service center to schedule a call for a trained technician to look over your machine.
