C405 error message as guest in home screen

Hello,

we have a new C405 and if we restrict access of the webinterface we get following error message as guest.

 

German: "Vorgang kann nicht verarbeitet werden."

English mediation: "The process can't be handled."

 

I don't know how we can change language to english....

How can we fix the issue tha guests can see the printers information without having access to configure something.

 

I have selected following permission for guests:

 

Permission for device website: Advanced, Addressbook hidden, Jobs hidden, Homepage displayed

Hi CENfrench,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you have followed all the steps in the solution for locking the interface.  Make sure you disable all of the features. To change the language for the interface take a look at these instructions.   If the issue continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

It doesn't work it's buggy.....

 

The requested operation cannot be processed.
