C60 print when accounting is turned on and no details filled in

I hace a Xerox C60 with latest firmware, and a mac 10.12

On the C60 local accounting is turned on. When I print no pop-up screen for account and the C60 prints.

When I go in advanced clik account what is already turned on and print the pop-up screen apears one time, the print is accounted. Next job again no pop-up screen.

In CUPS accounting is turned on and also ask conformation.

Windows PC are always asked for accounting and when left blank no print.

That would typically be an app problem, Chrome does that, so does Indesign/Illustrator. Basically any application that uses it's own print system by default as opposed to the one from the OS.

Chrome is this option for instance, unless you select this, the OS never gets a chance to invoke anything in the driver so the prompt never happens.

But if you are seeing that in something meant for print like Acrobat/Reader then you should call it in to Xerox as that is not normal, and is not happening in or lab and we have no reports that I know of at other locations.

If no account info is filled in, the client can print without being accounted on the printer.

Then you would need to check the reports and see who it is billing to figure out where it gets broken down the line.

The C60 family has no exceptions list, so someone is getting billed.
