We just received a new workcentre 7535 and have Xerox network accounting turned on. Everything seems to be printing except SAP. Anyone knows what's the procedure? Did some research and saw that SAP is a partner with Xerox and according to the Xerox brochure, it definitely works with networking accounting.
We used to have XSA on, and we enabled "non-account" to print, the job can actually gets to work properly. Does this exist for Xerox 7535..saw something for non authenticated users but I tried it and it doesn't work.
Thank you.

The error message is "The job was deleted due to invalid accounting IDs. (only to SAP) not for other applications.

Company doesn't want to use XSA and they want to use network accounting.

Hello.
I don't know if you had solved this, sorry if you did, but I'm new around here.
In order to track sap transactions, you'll have to change the printer initialization.
In SAP, go to SPAD and select "Full Administration", select the device type you want and you should be able to change the printer initialization.
Now, right in the beginning insert the PJL commands for Wc75xx Network Accounting along with your account details. Have a look at the WC75xx PDL to check the PJL commands.
The printer should then process the job and register it against the user you have defined in previously.
Let me know the results.
thanks

Hi are you running SAP locally on your workstation or through Citrix? If it's through Citrix, you'll need to load the Xerox drivers onto each Citrix server in your cluster. If you go into print setup and click properties, do you see the Xerox software or something else?
