I'm new in this Forum; I have an ISSUE with my Xerox WorkCentre 3615. I Enabled Administrator Login in my MFP & set a User Name & Password then click on Save, after that I can't login, it's asking my for Authentication, I place my User & Password but it said "Power Off / On the printer to login as System Administrator" I powered off the machine but continue with the same ERROR.
Any help please, thank you.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. please take a look at the solution for resetting the network setting and see if this will help with the error you are seeing. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hi CheryI0, thanks for your replay but, I'm not clear here, you recommended me to "Reset the Network Settings", this is the solution for the issue I have with "Admin Login"? on XEROX WorkCentre 3615 MFP, Win 7 Pro machine. Please can you help me?

If the machine is not taking your username and password or the default values which are username admin and the password left blank, then you are locked out and you need to reset so that you can access the settings and try again.

Thanks LouiseMiller, still waiting for more info about the solution of this issue, a little confuse because the solution I have from the forum is to "Reset Network Settings" & I'm asking for "Administrator Login" Reset, if this is the solution I'm waiting for someone to confirm me it, I already asked; just trying to go deeply to ensure not to have an additional problem with the machine, either way I'll thanks any subjections & help as always do.
