I have some problems with my Workcentre 3335.
I cannot add new coleagues to address book because the only thing that I can see is a loading screen "Please wait......"
I mention that i tryied in different browsers (Chrome, Edge and IE)
Honestly i don;t know what to do

Java is enabled, i even tryied on another PC.
Everything works like a charm except this page.
Is there a method to factory reset this printer? I only found network factory reset but not entire printer.

Try updating the firmware first

I did upgraded firmware to the las version but still nothing.
Can you please tell me how to factory reset whole printer so i can start over with configuration

I don't know of any method available to wipe this generation of devices, I believe a tech is needed as I believe it uses a tool on their laptop to format the image disk and reload it.
I am not sure of that though, sorry.
