Forum Ranking

The Xerox Support Community Team is excited to announce a new ranking structure within the forum.  We have expanded the tiers to now consist of 12 ranks. The new ranking structure also has color-coded star icons associated with each rank.

Previously acquired kudos, number of posts, and other individual accomplishments will not be lost and will continue to accumulate. Any changes in rank titles are due to the change in the ranking structure.
