When attempting to add Xerox App Gallery apps Print and Scan from Dropbox or Print and Scan from GoogleDrive using the web interface on a 7970 device, I receive an error: "Device username and password invalid". When I login at the device and attempt an install, the app appears to install correctly but it never shows up as an icon on the home screen. We did actually notice the DropBox app listed under Weblet Management on the WebUI but not the Local UI.
We were able to install the DropBox app successfully on a 7845 device. The icon did show up on the main screen and work.

We uninstallated and reinstalled the Xerox App Gallery and even that wasn't showing up on the LUI. However, the next day, I reinstalled Xerox App Gallery once more and at that point, it installed properly and displayed on the LUI. I then was able to successfully add different applications and the icons all showed up on the LUI. It was odd behavior after the install but it all seems to be working properly now.

I am having problems adding my device to the app gallery page.
I bought the Workcentre 6515 and set everything up but no matter what I try I get the device does not exist is not on or is not a MFD so I cant get apps to download to the device.

Unfortunately, the 6515 device is not EIP enbabled and is therefore not supported. The App Gallery requires EIP.
Now with that said, there have been other posts regarding this topic and we have escalated to the 6515 Device team that people would like the device to be EIP Enable. I do not have any outlook for 6515 device changes at this time, but please feel free to check back here for updates.
