Are you doing it from the Webpage or through the device?
Have you tried another email account?
I just created an account to test from the webpage without issue, got my activation email in less than 15 seconds.

Different email address worked. Their SMTP server is is blocking those for some reason, but not the automated printbyxerox activations. Hope it is not an issue going forward.
