I have an issue with xerox standard accounting when I print from dropbox account. I perform these operations:
- Login in xerox using XSA code, selecting proper group code.
- Select Print and Scan from dropbox
- Select a document to print.
After downloading a file, an error page is printed with these informations (the message is in italian, so the translation could be not accurated)
USER: EIP User
Printer name: xxx
Job is cancelled because you did not enter valid user code.
Is there any way to print from dropbox when xsa is activated?
