I have sent the url to this email. As far as I remember, accessiong folders in the "Team Sites" works fine, but I will have to test to confirm.

I am still having issues loggin in to my O365 account in the app.
Using *****@domain.com does not work.
Using domain\***** does not work.
Using domain\*****@domain.com does not work.
Any ideas? Is there a printer or port setting I need to change?

Would you mind sharing your SharePoint URL and you User ID with us? The URL will help us determine what the login format could be. You can send the information to our feedback email at: email@example.com.
1. Login to your Office 365 Account using your PC's Browser
2. Select SharePoint (It should look something like this: https://gallery.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/sharepoint.aspx)
Also, could you please try logging into the app at the device once more and let us know the date and time of the log in attempt? We will check to see if we've captured any errors connected with your login in our logs.
We are using the Office365 app on a C8070. We can log in and scan, but when we try to print, we get an error saying that EIP services Print Extension and Job Management Extension are not enabled. However, all EIP services are enabled. I have updated the apps from the UI and all are up to date. I have restarted twice, but we still get the error message on the screen when trying to print.

I was not able to access the screen captures of the error message. Would you be able to reattach them or email them to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org , please? Could you also attach a scan of the Device Configuration Report?
