Hello. Could you please share the following information: Device Firmware version Device Model Is your XAS User ID 'eastcoastrob'? Also, what is the App Name? We would like to troubleshoot this using the same setup/app. We will get back to you as soon as we can. Thank you.

is there anyway to save the login details for dropbox, it is really painful to have to enter the details each time I go to the printer.

There is no way to save them, a Feature request (many of them) have already been done.

It's a security issue, anyone who walks up to the printer gets access to what could be someones personal files.

So hopefully they will figure out how to save usernames in a selectable format, then you would just need to type the password, or a PIN
