Hi, Manny. 

 

We can work through any scenarios needed to help the client feel comfortable with the functionality of the app. 

 

I will rearrange calendars to meet whatever time works best for the client.  Monday or Tuesday 12-1pm EST can work. 

 

I have also attached a Word document containing screen capture of how to check if the Google Drive agent is running and how to start it if it is not. 

 

Please let me know if questions come up or if additional information is needed.
