I have a 7845. Mobile link works fine on 073 general release software, but does not work on the latest spar (or any spar newer than general release.) When I try to scan I get the message 'communication error.' I verified this was related to the software version by putting it back to general release and sparring it again.
I have a customer that needs a spar update according to Xerox 2nd level support... They use Mobile Link so I'm concerned that once we do the update, Mobile Link will not work.
Just wondering if there is a fix for this in the works?
