The RCA Definition file provides general guidelines for what issues can be closed as Closed - Remote Solved and under what circumstances.
It has come to our attention not everyone in the partner helpdesks has access to this file, so it is now included in the forums as well. Please let us know of any questions or clarifications you might have regarding this document, as well as suggestions as to its improvement.
