Attention EFI Fiery Users and Operators

Attention EFI Fiery Users and Operators:

We are seeing the following issue for the products identified below that have an EFI Fiery Controller or front end --- The EFI Fiery  Printer Will Not Print or is Slow After the Most Recent Microsoft Windows OS Update Dated March 12, 2013. Below are the families potentially affected by this situation.

WorkCentre 7346, WorkCentre 77xx Family, WorkCentre 74xx Family, WorkCentre 75xx Family, DocuColor 12, Xerox Color 550/560, DocuColor 240/250, DocucColor 245/255/260 and Xerox 700i / 700 Digital Color Press.
