Attention ColorQube 8700 and 8900 customers. Be sure you have upgraded your multifunction printer to the latest firmware code and the NVRAM software that is available on the Support & Drivers page. These important updates will correct a software bug that may cause your printer to display a scanner fault, correct jamming issues and fixes a problem that could allow the printer to generate a right jetstack overtemp error code.
