Hi Imbeal,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. I can only imagine your frustration, let's see what we can do. If you are still willing I would like to find out a few things about the printer and see if we can find an answer. Are you able to make copies? Is the message Held for Authentication or Held for Resources? Have you had a technician out to check the machine? Have you uninstalled the driver, rebooted your computer and then reinstall the driver?
My thought is if it is saying Held for Authentication the secure print may have been accidentally enabled or you may be working with a corrupt driver.
If you are willing to answer my questions and try one more time just send me a reply.
I have had Xerox printers for years both at the university and at home and loved them. A year ago I purchased a Xerox WorkCenter 6515. It printed a few days and then it says Hold for Authentication. I have tried to get help for a year, but no one can fix it. Thanks, Luther Beal
