Re: DocuCentre-III C5500 - driver needed containing paper types and sizes

Hello,

We no longer support this device and no longer have information to provide to you.Because this is an older model, it may not support the sizes you are needing to print on. You can try these instructions to see if the copier will print on the sizes you are requesting.

  • From the copier insert the paper in the bypass tray. When the tray settings pops up on the screen, If it provides you the AR or SRA3 choice, choose that from the screen. If it does not you will need to choose the custom option and manually put in the paper size. Click Ok to accept the changes.
  • From the print driver select the bypass tray. If this doesn't work then try the next bullet option
  • From the print driver select paper size > custom > manually type in the paper size.

If neigher of these options works for you, please call 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

DocuCentre-III C5500 - driver needed containing paper types and sizes

Hi there

I have an old, but low mileage DocuCentre-III C5500 and have just hooked it up to a windows 11 computer. I' can run it fine on my 2021 Macbook Pro, all options are available. We managed to download a generic driver, but it's missing the paper types and sizes. Trying to print SRA3 heavy weight between 100-280gsm and A4 label stock, both through the bypass. It's been a long time since I have had to program any settings and all drivers have been removed from Fuji Xerox. TIA
