Error Code 016-781
Trying to set up Scan to Email in a SOHO environment.
It would be great if when setting up email, there was a Test Connectivity button.
1. Can the printer connect to my domain (external or www, not NT/AD domain)?
2. Can the printer successfully Connect to and Authenticate with my mail server?
In doing so, I would know if I had a Network Connectivity issue (DNS/DHCP), or an issue Authenticating with my mail server (SSL/TLS).

I searched for that Fault Code and found some steps that may help you resolve the connection issue.
I wiped my machine, started from Scratch, using the interface on the Printer versus the Web Interface. Set an NTP Server (pool.ntp.org) versus manually entering the time, and ALL is working fine now.
