Thank you for the suggestions. Unfortunately you do not mention which model of printer you are using so I can not escalate your request. You can call your local support centre and request to file a FER (Feature Enhancement Request). They will take the information and escalate to the proper group.
Enhancement: Fax confirmations, when enabled always print out. When Fax-to-Email is setup with both Send and Receive, confirmations should also deliver to email.
Anotehr option would be to have Confirmations to Email as a seperate options that could be enabled at the customers desire.
